Hvar Villas

We built two rustic villas in Pitve, an old village on the island of Hvar.
Located on a hill and facing south, the villas are bathed in the pleasant sunshine throughout the whole day and have a breathtaking view over the sea and a picturesque village.
A large swimming pool of 50 square meters and a 400 square meter exterior of each villa contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Both villas consist of 3 floors:

• In the basement floor there are additional amenities for relaxation and entertainment – the sauna, a fitness room, a wine cellar and a children’s corner with a play area and video games.
• The open plan ground floor of 110 square meters has a spacious living area with a kitchen and a dining area large enough for 12 people.
• There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor each with a private en-suite bathroom.

Heating and cooling were solved through floor systems, air conditioners and a fireplace. With an attempt to create an even cosier, more rustic atmosphere, we used only the finest materials:

• Facade system 10cm
• uPVC joinery with triple glazing ISO 9000
• Grohe sanitaryware
• First class pottery
