Bukovac homes B blocks

In a quiet street in the Podsljeme district, we continued the successful Bukovac Homes A Block story, and built a new residential building – Bukovac Homes B Block in the beautiful harmony of the forest environment.
Our goal in the design phase was clear – to create a peaceful and cosy oasis. We believe we have achieved the results we hoped for: Bukovac Homes B Block consists of 4 residential units, so it guarantees privacy to each tenant.

All apartments have three bedrooms, from 60 to 70 square meters in size, with private entrance, garage and outdoor space.
The apartments on the ground floor have a living area of 70 square meters, a garden of 130 square meters with a direct connection to the garage, which is larger than the usually standard ones; it was designed as a storage room and technical part of the apartment.
The apartments on the first floor have a living area of 60 square meters, as well as 45 square meters of spacious terraces created for enjoyment.

Bukovac Homes B Block, with its modern design and top materials and its characteristics of passive construction, which with top thermal insulation and innovative solutions allows tenants significant savings on heating and cooling, distinguish it from the other facilities. During the production we used, i.e. installed:

• Porotherm brick 25 cm
• Schuco aluminum joinery or similar quality with triple glazing
• Facade system eps 15 cm
• Ceiling heating and cooling via Daikin heat pump
• Marazzi pottery or similar in 1st class
• Sanitaryware Grohe, Hansgrohe, Vilerroy & Boch
• First class parquet flooring
• Possibility of automatic garden irrigation
